Hiya Mac,

RF and AllStar is equal. However, more often the echolink audio is terrible in quality. I've heard a few, not many, that sound good. The problem is EL is old tech and hasn't been updated in like 10 years. We allow EL on the system as we wan't it "inclusive" in every possible way. However, there are AllStar systems like the "WAN System" in PA that don't allow EL for that very reason.

Most op's have "Elmer's. I'm more of a "Homer".
